CF Fitness Founder James Howell gears up for a dream of his 2016 Rio Olympics. Howell will be competing in Nigeria Olympic Trials to qualify for Rio. Howell really believes in inspiring the world with his story and drive. "I live a pretty busy life, with running an amazing business while preparing for the Olympics it leaves my brain mentally exhausted. Without the kids in my life I would probably not have the will powerful to push through hard times. No matter the outcome the students will know James Howell gave it his all.
